All American Honey Blonde

V 1.2 of this recipe - was able to get my hands on some Palisade hops. I'm hoping that a slight peachiness comes through in the flavor.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 32 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: Boiled tap water in Broomfield, CO
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep in bag @ multi-stage mash temperatures (104°, 140°, 158° Fahrenheit 30 minutes each). (Yes, I am building my all-grain setup now... but I couldn't wait to try this recipe)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.078 3.5 gallons
1 lb. 8 oz. Honey
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish Moss 15 minutes from end of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (7.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Pallisade (6.7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Pallisade (6.7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs East Coast Ale Yeast
