Type: All grain Size: 6 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.045
Alcohol: 0.3% v/v (0.2% w/w)
Water: 5.2 pH adjuster will be used in the mash as well as 1/2 required water will be distilled and half is rather hard (filtered) Fort Worth Water
Grain: 3.5 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. American 6-row
.2 lb. American crystal 40L
2.5 lb. Flaked rice
Mash: 78% efficiency
Mash at 122° for 20 minutes
Mash at 140° for 10 minutes
Mash at 149° for 45 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 7 gallons
.5 lb. Corn sugar
Corn sugar in the boil to increase alch. but keep the body light
Hops: .75 oz. Perle (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Spalter (aroma)
Yeast: the yeast I use for this is a combination of pilsen lager and czech lager yeast.
