tru brews: new double I.P.A-"Hops smuggling"

This is a new true brew kit i saw its pricey but nice deal really. There is 7oz. of hop pellets 8.6 # of dry and liq. malt mixed .. i adjusted a little by gettin a whole leaf hop . 1 more pound of malt (200gms for the starter) the rest for the wort..it comes with fermentis US-5 dry ale yeast.. (might add a little for good mesure! )

13 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.070 FG: 1.019
Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: water is tap as ive discused in other recipe i live in a kodak neighboor hood the water is a ph perfect 6.9 .. with low ppm readings like 109-159ppmi add fermax yeast nuitrent to the starter
Grain: .375 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Steep: 6oz. of mutons crushed crystal 30 min.
Boil: 60min minutes SG 1.192 2 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
3.3 lb. extra light malt extract
2 lb. extra light dry malt extract
1 tsp irish moss in the last 10 min of the boil.. 1/2 tsp of Fermax yeast nutrient to the starter.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5.8% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (8.0% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1272 wyeast amer.ale 2 plus 1/2 packet of fermentis US-05 dry ale yeastthe wyeast went into a 64oz. starter growler with air lock 200gm. of light DME. to 2 qt. of water boil for 10 min cool till 70 degrees F ferment for 24-48 hrs at 68F or till foam begins to rise add 1/2tsp of FERMAX just before yeast is pitched into growler
Log: Use blow off tube to collect krussen after 3-5 days rack 6.5gal carboy to secondary carboy 5gal.(all glass)with air lock. Dry hop: add hop bag with pellets and whole leaf hops let sit 7 more days or till final sg is reached age bottled beer for 4 weeks then chill and enjoy
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.59 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
age 1 week at least out up 4weeks at 58-60 deg and then chill
