Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 2.0 lb. American 2-row
.750 lb. American Vienna
.750 lb. American crystal 10L
.750 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: use 2 steeping bags seperate 2 row from other grain raise 1.5 gallon water temp to 160 steep for 25 to 30 minutes sparge rinse with other 1.5 gal at 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.107 3 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
hops as follows 1 oz for 60 minutes 1 oz 30 minutes .5 oz 15 minutes and after the beer ferments(8-12days in primary or no more signs of fermenting ) and your ready to put in glass carbouy add .5 oz in carbouy for dry hopping at least 1 week no more than two. next 3/4 to 1 cup priming sugar in the bottom of the bottling bucket siphon and stir very gentle for 4 to 5 minutes do not cause to foam bottle and let sit at least 4 weeks 6 is better try one see if carbanation is good enjoy
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.500 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: safbrew t 58 or nottingham
Tasting: citrusy,hoppy and bitter mmm mmm had lots of compliments on this one when you burp you still taste hops
