Add 4 Oz. fresh grated ginger to the the boil at 45 minutes.

Grain: 3 lb. Belgian biscuit
4 lb. American crystal 20L
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.092 3 gallons
3.5 lb. Light malt extract
Irish moss tablets added at end of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
