Mash: 75% efficiency
infusion mash in a cooler at 154, mash out at 170
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 8 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5.8% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. bramling cross (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. bramling cross (aroma)

Yeast: wyeast 1968 ESB
Carbonation: kegged, medium carbonation
