Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.088 3 gallons
66 oz. Light dry malt extract
22 oz. Wheat extract
Irish Moss 15 min
Hops: 1 oz. Liberty (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (whole leaf) (7% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (whole leaf) (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast American II
Log: Ferment 1.5 weeks and transfered to secondary. Add whole leaf hops to dry hop in secondary for 1 week then transfer to keg to carbonate and chill
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Keg: 21.4 psi @ 65°F
