Sneaking up on a better copper ale.

Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.070 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: Good old Oregon Tap water.
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 10L
.5 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
3 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 2 days @ 25lbs then dispense at 9lbs
Tasting: Made this beer before. Increase the American 2 row to, hopefully, increase my OG from my previous 1.042 to ~ 1.047 target. I'm going to replace the Brewer's Gold hops with Amarillo hops. Will update this brew after I get it tasted. Stay tuned.
