0 lb. 6 oz. American black patent
Steep: steeped grains in bag until water reached 165°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.126 2.0 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Amber malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: can use either WLP002 English Ale yeast or WLP005 British Ale yeast
Log: 1 week primary 1 week secondary at 65° - 70°
Carbonation: 5 weeks in bottles
Tasting: might add spray malt next time
