old rasputin clone

this is from the bob 150 clone edition, I scaled the hops back the recipe called for 2oz of the galena I used 1. 60 is plenty hoppy for me. this beers og should have been 1.091 but as you can see my efficiency sucked. Hopefully it still tastes good.

Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: carbon filtered tap water
Grain: 16 lb. British pale
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. American crystal 120L
1 lb. British Carastan
.5 lb. American chocolate
.25 lb. Roasted barley
Mash: 58% efficiency
single infusion mash at 152 for 1 hour. sparge at 170 with 7 gallons of water for about 45 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.052 8 gallons
irish moss at 20 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: starter from yeast dreggs. this recipe calls for wlp001. the dreggs I am using are 001 and super high gravity mixed together so I might end up with a lower final gravity
