1 oz. Irish Moss Powder at 15 minutes
1 oz. Sweet Orange Peel at 15 minutes
.5 oz Sweet Orange Peel at end of boil
1 oz. Crushed Coriander Seed at end of boil
1oz fresh ginger to secondary simmered in 2 cups water
1 vanilla bean split added to water simmered
Hops: 0.57 oz. Cascade (5.25% AA, 60 min.)
0.57 oz. Cascade (5.25% AA, 45 min.)
0.57 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
0.57 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)

Yeast: White Labs #WLP550 Belgian Abbey Ale
Log: 5 Days primary at 65-70°F. 10 days secondary at 65-70°F.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: condition for 1 month + the longer the better
