I am planning to have my own Oktoberfest celebration in early October and will serve this beer and a weizenbier.

15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: spring water
Grain: 3 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. Wheat malt
5 lb. German Munich
.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
3 lb. German Vienna
Mash: 75% efficiency
enhanced double decoction
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 8 gallons
Hops: 1. oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: wyeast, either bavarian lager or bohemian, try and ferment cool and lager 1-2 mos.
Carbonation: kegged with 3/4 cup corn sugar
