ORANGE KISSED WHEAT

Using bottled water for entire process.
Boil 2 gallons of water in small stockpot for specialty grane addition. At boiling add 1 lb flaked wheat to 2 gallons boiling water, boil for 20 minutes. While specialty grains are boiling start seperate boil of 3.5 gallons of water when water reaches boil add orange juice concentrate after return to boil is achieved add Briess CBW Bavarian wheat extract 35 points per gallon 3.3LB.
When boil is achieved again, add the seperate pan of specialty grain liquid, add corn sugar & cane sugar re-establish boil. Boil additional 30 minutes, add hops in hop bag. Boil additional 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat and steap in cold water bath to bring worth temp. down. While wort is being cooled, hydrate 11cg Windsor Austrian yeast. After 30 minutes when wort is somewhat cooled, add small amount of wort to yeast mixture to temper yeast. Transfer wort to primary fermenter with funnel with areation line attached to areate worth. Pitch yeast to fermenter, attach airlock.

6 oz. ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE
6 oz. ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE
6 oz. ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE
1 lb. Cane sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: 11kg Windsor Dry yeast Austria strain hydrated and tempered before pitching to wort.
