Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: bottled water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.126 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Boil 2.5 gallons of water add extract and boil for 45 minutes more, add all hops and irish moss boil for 15 to 20 minutes more cool and add 2.5 gallons more water pitch yeast and start fermentation
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. new zeland Hallertauer (8.25% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: WLP810 San Fransisco lager, fermented at 70°
Log: Primary for two weeks secondary for 2 weeks Bottle for 2 weeks chill and enjoy
Carbonation: 3/4 cup of corn syrup
