Water: Tacoma, WA water, nothing added, nothing needed.

.325 lb. American victory
.325 lb. American crystal 20L
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. British chocolate
.25 lb. British black patent
Mash: 75% efficiency
Infustion mash at 154 for 60 minutes, mash out at 160 for 15 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6 gallons
Hops: .75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Dry English 007 (started 1 day before to get it going)
Carbonation: Forced Co2, or sometimes on my nitro tap.
