Car bomb irish stout

A nice stout for St. Patty's day. We do irish car bombs- shot of Bailey's and Jameson, drop it into a 3/4 pint and drink fast. Will adjust the gravity in the fermenter depending on yield to make 1050.

Grain: 9 lb. British pale ( Marris Otter)
.5 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. British Munich
.5 lb. British crystal 95-115L
.25 lb. British chocolate
.75 lb. Roasted barley
.5 lb. Flaked oats
.5 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
infusion mash at 155
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 8 gallons
irish moss at 15 min to go.
Hops: 2 oz. Willamette (5.5% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast irish ale, 1 qt starter
Log: ferment at 165
Carbonation: kegged.
