10 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.4 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham
Log: Different hops than indicated due to error on other batch.
Tasting: Turned out well. Roasty.
