Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Grain: 300g Flaked barley
Boil: minutes SG 1.109 10 liters
1kg 500g Light malt extract
1kg 500g Light dry malt extract
0g Brown sugar
Hops: 30g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
8g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
6g Northern Brewer (aroma)
Log: 1° fermentation 18°C-20°C for 6 days
2° fermentation 14°C for 6 days
others 3 days 4°C
Carbonation: 20g sugar but you have to bottling after 3 days 4°C
