Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.082 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 8.0% v/v (6.3% w/w)
Water: Used bottled water (reverse osmosis filtered and bottled at safeway)
Grain: 7 lb. German Pilsner
10 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash at 150°F for 60 minutes (saccharification rest)
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.065 7 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (5% AA, 90 min.)
Yeast: WLP300 - used two vials
Carbonation: force carbonated to taste
Tasting: Wonderful, wonderful beer. Makes my mouth water every time i think about it
