Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 8.0 oz. American crystal 20L
8.0 oz. American crystal 60L
4.0 oz. American chocolate
4.0 oz. American black patent
Steep: steep grains at 155 degrees for 30 minutes then remove and rinse with 150 degree water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 5.5 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Honey
add Irish moss with 15 minutes left in boil
add honey at end of boil do not boil honey
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: weast ys 1056
Log: keg beer when fermentation is done
Carbonation: force carbonate at 28 lbs of co2 for 2 days then reduce to 4 lbs and enjoy
