Leftover EPA v2.0

a redone version of a small batch I made this summer. I plan on splitting the batch into to carboys, one fermenting with the same yeast as last time and one fermenting with another yeast.

11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 36 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: I have used only bottled spring water with success.
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 20L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 3 gallons
4. lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #3944- Belgian Wit
