2.97 lb. British pale
Steep: Steeped without steeping bags in 2 gallons And sparged with 1 gallon 170 degree water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.105 2 gallons
3.16 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 0.49 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.49 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
0.24 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used american lager Liquid wyeast.Made starter the day before brew.
Log: Added yeast at 70 degrees. Put in fermenting fridge at 56 degrees for 7 days and put in secondary for 5.
Carbonation: Bottled 12 with priming sugar and kegged the rest. Force carbed keg.
