Hops: 28.4g Spalt (3.5% AA, 60 min.)
8.5g Magnum (13.2% AA, 60 min.)
28.4g Spalt (3.5% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: WLP029 German Ale yeast from Cal Common
Log: 8 days at 62F primary, 8 days at 62F secondary, 4 weeks at 42F in keg prior to tapping.
Carbonation: medium
Tasting: Nice maltiness. First time using Spalt hops - a little different. Could use more bitterness next time to be truer to the Dussey style - will bump to mid 40's.
