75/75/75 American Stout

For my 75th batch, making a 75 OG - 75 IBU - 75 SRM American Stout.

12 oz. Roasted barley

Tasting: Ended up a quaffable beer, somewhat to my surprise as I expected it to be too bitter and too roast flavored for my taste. Used lots of debittered carafa to get color to the appropriate blackness without being overbearingly roast/tar flavored - probably could have actually added some black patent or more roasted barley in the end as it is almost too smooth for the style. Also would up the late hops additions as the citrus is just hinted at in flavor and none in nose.
