2 step infussion
Boil: 60+ minutes SG 1.055 7 gallons
2. lb. 8 oz. Honey
add honey 15-20 min. before shutting off burner
orange + corriander at end of boil (shutof flame and add) let set for 5-10 min. before cooling
Hops: 2.00 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. orange bitter (aroma)
.5 oz. orange sweat (aroma)
1 oz. corriandor (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs liquid Belgium Wit (WLP400) + SAFBREW wheat ale (WB-06)
