Fruit Treat Wheat

This beer is a crowd pleaser year round. Much Like the commercial beer BLUE MOON it is very smooth and drinkable. A summer must have.

1 lb. Flaked oats
1 lb. 8 oz. Flaked wheat

6 lb. Light malt extract
8 oz. Honey (for last 10 min of boil)
Irish moss 15 min
Orange Peel and Crushed Coriander 1 oz each for the last 5 min of boil. Full volume boils work best but you might back off the hops 20% if you do the full volume boil.
Hops: 1.54 oz. Vanguard (4.4% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: WLP 400 Belgian Wit or any good dry ale yeast will work.
