Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: Simply used a Brita Water Filter.
Grain: .75 lb. American Vienna
.25 lb. Belgian biscuit
Steep: Brought water to 155°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.141 2 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Warrior (16% AA, 50 min.)
1 oz. Warrior (16% AA, 35 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Log: Brew date: 10/23, Fermented: 10/23-10/30, bottled 10/30.
Carbonation: 3/4 Cup of priming cane sugar at 65°F.
Tasting: Very Hoppy, good aroma. Very crisp, and its only going to get better the next couple of weeks. I think I rushed it.
