Tasting: Inital tasting: Scent of apples (no duh), however, the diced up apples did not enhance or should I say add to any flavoring to the beer itself. The beer is a light gold color with a a light body. The brew went down smoothly not leaving any bitter after taste. Will have to see how the carbonation effects the brew, let you all know in a week.
