Bitterness: 42 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.6% w/w)
Water: filtered tap
Boil: minutes SG 1.067 2 gallons
3 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Willamette (4.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Muntons ale yeast or what ever ale yeast you have .in a pinch red star bread yeast is ok but not suggested
Carbonation: bottle condition but this is a quick receipe so get out your keg and crank up the PSI
Tasting: Drink with you friends. If you don't have any, drink with your enemies, but this also is not recomended
