Wahoo Belgian Dark

I made too much wort. Should have produced 6.5 gallons of wort and boiled it down to 5.5 gallons for a higher gravity.

Alcohol: 7.7% v/v (6.1% w/w)
Grain: 17 lb. 11 oz. Belgian Pilsner
13 oz. Belgian Munich
7 oz. Belgian aromatic
6 oz. American crystal 120L
7 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 58% efficiency
Mashed at 148 F for 2 hours and sparged at 152 F for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 7 gallons
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
The Centennial hops are actually Summit. I added 1/4 oz corriander seed every 15 minutes and 1 oz of cardamom at 30 minutes. The Belgian candy was boiled all 60 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (16.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: I used WLP 500 yeast.
