Mash at 155 degrees fahrenheit.
Boil: minutes SG 1.041 4 gallons
Hops: .12 oz. Summit (16.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: WLP002 English Ale Yeast, try fermenting at 68-71 degrees fahrenheit.
Log: Add vanilla extract and marshmallow to the secondary (if no secondary add w/1week left in primary).
