Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. Wheat malt
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
5 oz. Rolled oats
Steep: steep at 155° for 30 minutes in 1.5 gallons h20. sparge with 1.5 qt h20 at 160°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.097 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 oz. bitter orange peel(half at 15 minutes left/half at 5 minutes)
1 oz crushed coriander seed(half at 15/half at 5)
1 tsp cumin seeds 5 minutes
.5 tsp whole black peppercorns 5 minutes
4 whole cloves 5 minutes
1 tbs white flour 15 minutes(optional for extra haze)
1 tsp freshly grated orange peel(KO)
.75 tsp grated lemon peel(KO)

Actual hops are: .5 oz Tradition at 60 minutes and Amarillo instead of centennial at 5.

DME used is light wheat DME, which I don't see in the database here

rolled oats were lightly toasted
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: WL400 Belgian Witte
