Alcohol: 3.7% v/v (2.9% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
6 lb. British crystal 70-80L
4 oz. American chocolate
2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.040 12 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Cal Ale
Tasting: It's lighter than I planned. Lower in alcohol, too, but good.
