Similar to the brown bitter bastard (not nearly as hoppy though.)

Color:
41 HCU (~19 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: tap water.
Grain: 0.50kg Medium Crystal
Steep: grains steeped as applicable.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.078 15 liters
1.60kg Amber malt extract
2.00kg Dark malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Windsor Yeast. Don't forget to re-hydrate - directions on line.
Tasting: Couldn't tell ya. Never tried it.
