1 lb. German Carafoam
Mash: 59% efficiency
Mash in at 165°F to rest at 158°F for 1.5 hrs. mash out at 170°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.036 14 gallons
1 Tsp.
Irish mass last 15 min. of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (9.2% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Amarillo (9.6% AA, 45 min.)
