(RIM) style infusion mash @156F for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 13 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Split batch into two fives.
German Wheat, Wyeast #3333
American Wheat, Wyeast #1010
Log: Dry Hopped German with 1/2 oz Hallertau
Dry Hopped American with 1/2 oz Cascade
Tasting: These two Hefeweizen batches are so "Hellagood" you can hardly stand it! You will wonder why your glass empty's so quickly.
