irish moss at 15 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: white labs trappist ale yeast
Tasting: phenolic. Bananas, cloves, bubble gum. Quite tasty.
