Fresh Hop Ale

I'm using fresh wet cascade hops picked right from my back yard for the aroma and dry hops.

20 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 42 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: Town water, 5.6 ph
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
4 oz. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Grains mashed at 150-154 degrees for 45 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.103 3 gallons
6 lb. 8 oz. Amber malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast # 1056 American Ale
Log: 1 Week in Primary, 3 week in secondary. Add .5 oz Fresh cascade with 1 week left in primary
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.40 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
