1.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast wheat
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.13 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
Tasting: Will be ready in a couple of weeks.
