Mash: 75% efficiency
Stike temp of 164F. Mashed at 153 for 45minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (8.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Saflager. Made starter the previous day.
Log: Primary for 14days at 52F. D rest at room temp for two days. Three degree walk down to 33F for two weeks.
