Water: Using Bottled Drinking Water
Grain: 1 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American Crystal 20L
Steep: Steeped in 2.5 gallons for 30 minutes at 150°C and sparged with 2 gallons 170°C water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish Moss 1 teaspoon at 45 minutes left in the boil
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (9.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Repitched Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale Yeast
Log: Brewed on July 27, 2008. Nice cold break.
Carbonation: Force Carbonation to 2.6 Volumes
