Mash: 68% efficiency
Mash in 152 for 60 min. sparge at 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 13 gallons
Irish moss at 15 to in the boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 1 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: * WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt Yeast
PLATINUM STRAIN – May/June
Traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 does.

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-69°F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium
