Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Tacoma Water
Grain: 9.5 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. American crystal 10L
.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Infusion mash at 155°. Mash out 10 minutes at 165°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Dry English 007
Log: Fermented for 2 weeks in primary then kegged.
Carbonation: Forced beer gas (nitro / CO2)
Tasting: Served on stout nitro tap. Very creamy and smooth. Good session beer.
