Water: Should have used some gypsum...
Grain: 1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. American chocolate
.5 lb. Flaked rye
Steep: Steep grains for 45 minutes at 150F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.167 2 gallons
7.5 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Nugget (12.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs English Ale made in a 1 pint starter about a half of a day before pitching.
