O.G. was 1.060 which is too strong for the style. The raw wheat converts to sugar, which was not accounted for using this database. I would suggest cutting the grain bill volume by 20 percent.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 13 gallons
Spiced with 1/2 0z. each of Sweet Orange peel, and bitter orange, 15 min. before end of boil. 1 tbs coarsely ground Coriander, at end of boil. (Flame out).

1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
