This is a classic dunkelweizen, light flavored, refreshing, with a lovely banana clove finish.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.116 3.0 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (5.2% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (5.2% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP 300 Hefeweizen

Actual OG 1070 FG 1020 or ABV of 6.6%
Blowoff system needs to be used the first week
Carbonation: 5 oz priming sugar
Tasting: Outstanding tasting dunkel, will not change a thing in this recipe.
