Steep: Steep grains for 40 min. @ 155°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.098 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Dark malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP004 Irish Stout
Log: 7 day fermentation and bottle for 4 wks.
Carbonation: Muntons Kreamyx Priming Sugar
