Water: 5.2 Mash Stabilizer per instructions
Grain: 12 lb. Maris Otter Pale
1 lb. British mild
.43 lb. Belgian aromatic
.32 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. Belgian Cara Amber
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashed using a 1.33 qts water/lb of grain ratio. 151°F for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 6.03 gallons
.5 lb. Demerara sugar
Irish moss if you feel like it, I always forget the stuff
Hops: 1 oz. Millenium (14% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Millenium (14% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Millenium (14% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 2 x 11g sachets of S-04 dry yeast
Log: Brewed 4/13/08. Gravity sample was immensely hoppy
Carbonation: 2/3cup Dextrose
