.5 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. Belgian Munich
.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 75% efficiency

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 10 gallons
Irish Moss at 20 min to go
Hops: 0.90 oz. mt hood (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
0.45 oz. mt hood (5.8% AA, 30 min.)
0.45 oz. fuggle (6% AA, 30 min.)
0.45 oz. fuggle (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. fuggle (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Ardennes , 1 quarter starter
Log: not brewed yet
Carbonation: Will force carbonate in a corny keg
