Rousse crémeuse

It is my second all-grain batch. I wanted to have a malty red ale, but I think it will look more like a Brown ale. The malty character will be there for sure.

1 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: European Ale, right from the pitcher, no starter
